Colouring
Since “klaučata” are silvery inside, they can be put into colour. To avoid inhaling acetone contained in colours, the silvery klaučata are pressed into plasticine on a board and dipped in the colour all at once. A special transparent glass varnish is used – the gloss of the beads is due to the silver under the varnish. Besides conventional glossy and opaque varnish, there is varnish with special effects – such as varnish with frost effect or “porcelain” colour. In the colouring room a stable temperature and air humidity have to be maintained, otherwise water on “klaučata” would condense and colours mix.
